The App is a free to play game (with optional in-game-purchases), and in order to maintain the high quality and a great game experience we process information from and about you in particular to improve the entire experience in the App and to support internal operations.
Among the types of Personal Information that this Application collects, there are:
Personal identification information: Such as email, device ID, country or any other electronic means of identification when using the app. The Personal Information may be freely provided by the User, or collected automatically when using this Application.
Non-personal identification information may include the type of computer and technical information about users connecting to our applications, such as operating systems and other similar information.
We do not sell, trade or rent user information to others. To do this, we may share general demographic information with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers that are not related to any personally identifiable information about visitors and users. If you provide us your email address, we will not share your email address with any third parties with you.
Processing the Data
Before the user data is collected, the user's consent is requested first, and the user's data is uploaded to the server and applied to the ranking and other related data operations. The Data Controller processes the Data of Users in a proper manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data. The Data processing is carried out using computers and/or IT enabled tools, following organizational procedures and modes strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may be accessible to certain types of persons in charge, involved with the operation of the site (administration, sales, marketing, legal, system administration) or external parties appointed, if necessary, as Data Processors by the Owner. The updated list of these parties may be requested from the Data Controller at any time.

- to identify whether you are a child or adult for data protection purposes to determine the legal requirements for our processing of your data.

Log-, device-, usage-, and consumption information
- are being processed:
• to provide and deliver the products and services you request and send you related information as requested by you / as agreed with you;
• to provide and maintain the App and the game experience; and
• to send you technical notices, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages;
Our processing for the above purposes is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are party in order to support the operation of the App, facilitate the delivery of requested products and services and enable maintenance and update of the App, see Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
• to provide news and information about the App that we think will be of interest to you;
• to personalize and improve the App and provide tailored content and features;
• to monitor and analyze trends, usage and activities in connection with the App; and
• to provide children (as this term is construed under GDPR in EU, COPPA in the US and relevant applicable legislation in other jurisdictions) with reasonable contextual advertisements in the App.
Our processing for the above purposes is justified by our legitimate interests in providing advertisements and content of interest to you and improving our services in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (also known as "the balancing-of-interest rule").
• to provide non-child users that have given us consent to share their advertising IDs with our ad network partners (as further specified under Sharing of Information) for the purpose of serving them with personalized advertisement in the App (behavioral advertising). Our processing for the above purpose is justified by our legitimate interests in providing advertisements and content of interest to you in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. The disclosure of your advertising ID to third parties for the purposes of behavioral advertising is based on your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (see more below under Sharing of Information).
Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
The right to restriction
You have the right to obtain restriction of processing in certain circumstances, see Article 18 of the GDPR. If you have the right to restriction, we will only process your data with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defense of a legal claim or to protect a person or important grounds of public interest
